Website Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance
By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Custom Orders and Personalization
  • Customer Submissions: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all spelling, grammar, names, dates, and design details submitted for custom embroidery are accurate. We will embroider the text exactly as provided.
  • Proof Approval: If a digital design proof is sent to you, production will not begin until you provide explicit written or digital approval. Delays in approval will result in delays in shipping.
  • Color Variations: Due to variations in computer monitor displays and thread manufacturing dye lots, actual thread and garment colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyrights
  • Our Content: All content on this site, including logos, text, website graphics, and custom embroidery digitizing files, is the property of our business and protected by copyright laws.
  • User-Supplied Designs: By submitting logos, artwork, or graphics for embroidery, you warrant that you own the copyright or have explicit permission/licensing to use and reproduce that image. You agree to indemnify and hold our business harmless from any intellectual property infringement claims arising from your submissions.
  • Right to Showcase: Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to production, we reserve the right to photograph and display your completed custom items on our website and social media channels for marketing purposes.

4. Turnaround Times and Shipping
  • Production Time: Standard production timelines are estimates and do not include shipping transit times. Peak seasons may experience longer turnaround times.
  • Shipping Issues: We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party mail carriers.

5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refund and Return Policy

1. Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the highly individualized nature of custom embroidery, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items with custom text, names, dates, custom color choices, or custom uploaded logos.

2. Non-Personalized Items
For blank items or pre-made, non-customized designs:
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Errors and Defects
If we make a clear mistake that deviates from your approved order form or finalized design proof, or if the physical item is structurally defective, we will happily correct the error.
  • You must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the mistake or defect.
  • If a mistake is verified, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or a full refund.
