FAQ
Can I provide my own design or logo for customization?
Absolutely. You can send us your design and we will convert it into an embroidery, laser engraving, or DTF file. If adjustments are needed to ensure the best quality, we will work with you to make it look perfect before production.
Do you offer logo design, marketing, and branding services?
Yes. We provide professional logo design services to help businesses create a strong brand identity. Our marketing and branding services include custom merchandise, promotional products, and strategic branding solutions to help businesses stand out. Let us know how we can assist with your branding needs.
What is a DTF transfer and how is it applied?
Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a modern apparel printing method where your design is printed onto a specialized film and then heat-pressed in-house directly onto the garment.
What is your standard turnaround time for DTF printed apparel?
Consistent with our other services, custom DTF garment orders are completed and ready within 5 to 10 business days.
What file formats do you need for embroidery?
We use industrial .DST and .EMB embroidery files. If you do not have these formats, you can upload standard image files, and our team will handle the conversion process for you.
Can I bring in my own garments for you to embroider?
Yes, we accept customer-supplied apparel and accessories after checking them to ensure the material can be safely hooped and stitched on our machines.
Can you embroider highly detailed photos or tiny text?
Very small details or complex gradients can be difficult to replicate with thread. If your logo has micro-text, we will help you simplify it during the proofing phase to ensure a crisp finish.
What kind of vinyl options do you offer for custom orders?
We offer a wide variety of vinyl, including premium heat transfer vinyl (HTV) for apparel and specialized marine-grade, weather-resistant adhesive vinyl built for permanent outdoor applications like boats, vehicles, and exterior signage.
Can you apply vinyl transfers to any type of fabric?
Our premium heat transfer vinyl bonds flawlessly to 100% cotton, performance polyester, canvas, nylon, and rugged workwear blends. We verify the heat tolerance of all garments before pressing to protect the fabric.
How durable is your outdoor vinyl when exposed to sun and water?
Our outdoor vinyl is engineered with industrial-grade, UV-stable adhesive [2026-08-08]. It resists fading, peeling, and saltwater degradation, making it ideal for marine environments, windshield decals, and outdoor gear.
Will I have to pay a setup or digitizing fee on future repeat orders?
No. Once we design or digitize your logo asset, we securely archive the production files in our database forever so you bypass all setup fees on future runs using that exact design.
Can you print full-color graphics and photographic designs?
Yes, our commercial-grade DTF setup handles complex gradients, fine details, and unlimited colors flawlessly without extra screen setup fees.
How durable is the printed design on the clothing?
Our DTF transfers are incredibly stretchable and durable. They bond deeply with the fabric fibers, meaning they resist cracking, peeling, or fading over dozens of wash cycles.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, we have absolutely no minimums. We handle single custom t-shirts with the exact same precision as a bulk commercial run.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept high-resolution vector files including .SVG, .AI, and .DXF for the cleanest engraving results.
Can you engrave on items that I provide myself?
Yes, we accept customer-supplied items made of compatible materials after confirming they are safe for our laser.
Can your laser cut all the way through materials?
No, we specialize strictly in surface laser engraving and etching and do not offer laser cutting services.
What are the design limitations for engraving custom metal pens?
Because a pen barrel offers a small, curved surface area, text and logos must be kept clean and simplified. We recommend crisp typography or single-element icons for the sharpest high-contrast laser results.
Are the full-color designs on your custom koozies wash-safe?
Yes. We use commercial-grade DTF transfers that bond directly into the foam or neoprene fibers. They stretch fully with the beverage cooler and will not crack, peel, or flake off when wet.
Can you match our exact corporate hex or Pantone colors across different items?
Yes. We align our premium embroidery thread shades and high-definition DTF inks to your official brand guidelines to guarantee strict color consistency across both fabrics and hard goods.
What is the difference between vectorizing a file and digitizing a file?
- Vectorizing converts a pixelated image into sharp, clean math-based paths (.SVG/.AI) ideal for razor-sharp laser engraving or crisp printing. Digitizing maps out specific coordinates, stitch densities, and pull-compensation data (.DST/.EMB) required strictly for industrial multi-needle embroidery machines.
Can you take a blurry cell phone picture of a logo and make it machine-ready?
Yes. Our technical cleanup service specializes in tracing and reconstructing low-resolution or distorted graphics into clean, high-definition production files.
If you design or digitize my logo, who owns the final files?
You retain 100% full ownership rights and unrestricted copyrights to your finalized master files for use across all your future marketing, web, and signage channels.
